Coaching modalities

  • Tripartite coaching contract

    Tripartite contract: company - coachee (s) - coach on the goal(s) to be achieved.

    The coach is responsible for the process of the coaching while the client is 100% responsible for the content and results.

    There might be some personnal work between sessions.

    A preliminary interview by telephone or videoconference of one hour is offered to you to identify your needs and answer to your questions.
