In 2020, I settle down in Provence, South of France, and switch from an international career to the profession of personal development, in harmony with my strengths and desires of today: discover, create, transmit.
As a result of the union between an atypical professional career and my fascination of Human Relationships, my professional calling became reality in 2021. Its name is Alandar, in homage to a poem that illustrates my philosophy of life. I invite you to discover it in the blog In the Land of Alandar.

Engineer (ENITHP, France), graduate of the Advanced Management Program (IESE, Spain), certified Human Logic Trainer (Human Logic Institute) and certified professional coach and NLP Coach Praticioner from the International Coaching Institute of Geneva (ICI , Switzerland).
I am also...
… a traveler with origins from Brittany and Spain, who has lived in France, Spain, Belgium, Philippines, China, Brazil and Morocco;
… a woman and a mother, optimistic, rigorous, obstinate and curious, who knows very well that there is no such thing as perfection;
