Thanks to the collective approach richness, you will take a step back from the situation, clarify it, analyze it with the group, look for solutions together and learn one from another.
Participants are invited to bring concrete cases in the practice of their work and present their questions.
Thru questionning, introspection, listening and feedback, the group takes on the case analysis.
There will be assumptions, to be checked eventually thru role plays.
Bottom line is that you will understand better your situation, its origins, and you will be able to take action
