  • Methodology

    The participants will receive material for self-reflection fifteen days before the training.


    During the training, each participant will be requested to participate, thru collaborative work, sub-groups assignments or role playing.


    Any theory discussed will be directly applied so that its content will be more than a learning and become an experience.

  • Modalities

    Groups of 6 to 12 participants.


    Two half-days of 4 hours, to be scheduled in ither one full day or two consecutive days.


    Six months after the training, the participants will individually review  their action plan with the Trainer.


    Ideally, this training happens face-to-face, but given the current pandemic situation, it can be done thru videoconferencing.
